Tools I Use For My Dog Training Business

These are some of the tools and services I use in my business.

Getting Your Site Online:

  • DogSiteDesigns.com – You’ll want a professional looking website because you NEVER get a second chance to make a first impression.

List Building:

  • Aweber – This is the service I’ve used for years to handle all my newsletters, e-courses, and manage my customer lists. (If you get any emails from me, they come through this list managing service.)

Keeping my Business Safe and Protected

  • Carbonite – Keeps my computer (and therefore, my income) safe. THIS IS A MUST and you will remember that statement when your computer crashes and you loose all your important information. (Try it free.)

Tool that Allows me to Travel

  • GotoMyPC – Allows me to pick up and go at a moment’s notice, knowing that I can hook into my business from any PC around the world. (Try it free.)
  • GoToMeeting – This is the system I use conduct my online meetings and traing programs (Try it free.)

Tools to Easily Record Audio & Podcast

  • Audacity – Quick and easy way to record audio from your microphone and put it on your computer. The best part is…it’s FREE.

VOIP Phone Service, Toll Free and Local Forwarding Numbers

  • Voipo – I love this company.  You can get a great VOIP phone service much cheaper than Vonage.  I use their toll free numbers and their local numbers as well. You just can’t beat the price or the great service.

Graphics Editing

  • Gimp – Free program and easy to use.

Articles For Your Website or Blog

  • Dog Article PLR – A Private Label Rights membership site.  You can use the articles and claim them as your own.  Great original articles.
  • DogPLR – More Private Label Rights articles.  No membership, buy just what you need.

Watch this page as I add more items to the list.
